Discover the power of traditional healing for a modern life

A Holistic Approach to Health

At Osethma, we believe that true health is more than just the absence of disease—it's the perfect balance of body, mind, and spirit. Our treatments are rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, using only the finest herbal oils, natural ingredients, and time-honored techniques.

What We Offer

Our Treatments

Ayurvedic treatment is assessed person by person. What suits one body may not suit another, and no outcome is guaranteed. A practitioner decides what is appropriate for you.

Shirodhara

A Steady Stream of Warm Herbal Oil

Warm medicated oil is poured in a continuous, unbroken stream across the forehead. One of the most recognised therapies in classical Ayurveda, Shirodhara settles an overworked nervous system and returns the mind to stillness.

Traditionally used for

  • Restore Balance. Relieve Stress.
  • Deep Relaxation & Clarity.
  • Experience Authentic Shirodhara.
  • Holistic Mind-Body Healing.

Nashya

The Ancient Nasal Oil Therapy for Clarity & Wellness

Medicated oils are administered through the nasal passages, the classical route to the head and sinuses. Nashya is the treatment of choice for congestion, recurring headaches and the heaviness that comes with them.

Traditionally used for

  • Clears Sinus Congestion
  • Soothes Headaches & Migraines
  • Alleviates Allergies
  • Promotes Mental Clarity

Karnapoorna

The Ancient Ear Oil Therapy for Ear Health & Clarity

Warm herbal oil is gently filled into the ear canal and held there. Karnapoorna addresses the ear directly — wax, ache and the balance disturbances that follow — while quietening the mind.

Traditionally used for

  • Clears Earwax Buildup
  • Soothes Earaches
  • Improves Hearing Clarity
  • Relieves Vertigo
  • Calms the Mind

Cupping Therapy

Experience the Ancient Art of Cupping Therapy

Warmed cups draw blood to the surface across tight, congested tissue. A direct, physical therapy for stubborn muscular pain and sluggish circulation.

Traditionally used for

  • Improves Blood Circulation
  • Detoxifies the Body
  • Relieves Muscle Tension & Pain
  • Reduces Inflammation

Before you book

Cupping draws blood to the surface and leaves marks, so it does not suit everyone. Tell us before you book if you take blood-thinning medication, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, are pregnant, or have broken or infected skin where the cups would sit. A practitioner assesses whether the treatment is right for you before any session is confirmed.

Hair & Scalp Therapy

Herbal Scalp Treatment by Healing Hands

A herbal paste is worked through the scalp and along the length of the hair, then left to draw in. Treatment for the root rather than the strand — follicle health first, shine second.

Traditionally used for

  • Deep Scalp Nourishment
  • Improves Follicle Health
  • Intense Hydration & Softness
  • Detangles & Smoothes
  • Revitalizes Dull Hair

Leech Therapy

Jalaukavacharana — Natural Purification

Medicinal leeches are applied to draw stagnant blood from a localised site. One of the oldest purification procedures in classical Ayurveda, Jalaukavacharana is used where inflammation is fixed in one place and circulation has stopped reaching it.

Traditionally used for

  • Targeted Pain Relief & Reduced Inflammation
  • Effective for Skin Conditions & Non-healing Wounds.
  • Purifies Blood & Improves Circulation.
  • Detoxifies the Body & Restores Balance.

Before you book

Jalaukavacharana breaks the skin, so it does not suit everyone. Tell us before you book if you take blood-thinning medication, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, are anaemic, are pregnant, or have an active skin infection where the leeches would be applied. A practitioner assesses whether the treatment is right for you before any session is confirmed.

Full Body Holistic Massage

Healing Hands, Head to Foot

A full-length treatment worked by hand with warm medicated oil, moving through the whole body rather than a single complaint. Aimed at the tension that has settled everywhere at once — and at the lymphatic system that clears it.

Traditionally used for

  • Revitalize Mind & Body
  • Boost Lymphatic Drainage
  • Trigger Point Tension Release
  • Achieve Deep Restorative Calm
